Tobermore Driveway Project Overview
For this project, we visited King’s Park in the South of Glasgow to provide our clients with a driveway renovation. Living on a busy street in this residential area, our clients desired off-street parking for their vehicles.
Tobermore Slate Driveway Installation
To complement the property design and the street, we chose Tovermore Pedesta Slate for this new driveway. This is a hard-wearing and modern surface that can withstand heavy traffic, making it ideal for this busy family home.
Charcoal block paving was used as the border to complete the look and create a seamless blend between the property and the public street.
Timber Retainers
For balance and stability, we installed timber sleeper retainers on both sides of the new driveway. As this surface slopes down onto the street, the retaining sleepers provide more stability and create clear boundaries between this home and its neighbours.
